Offline draft gameplay bug

yesterday i was playing ea fc 25 to complete the draft objectives 

i was playing offline draft , the first three games went great but the last one there was a huge bug that RUINED my experience the whole opponent team was on the corner spot only one or two players starts the kick off and there was no goal keeper 

iam really upset and that incident ruined my mood and i stopped playing after it 

iam hoping for a compensation because this is the second time i get damaged the first one was from the crafting upgrade and i didn’t get compensated 

that was thursday 9:33 am in dubai time 7th of feb 2025
