It is since 6 month I am unable to access my Apex Account beacuse of a hacker. The hacker hack my account but after getting back my account it was ban . I am mail in EA several time but they didn't response anything about this . Please Help me in this problem i am using this account very long time and spend money .Can't buy KIT for The Sims 4 EA error (ref. #54005)
I'll start by saying that I've already followed all the steps recommended in this post by EA_Solaire. A prepaid credit card is linked to my Paypal account, which I've always used for purchases in the EA app. However, since last Friday it has inexplicably stopped working and keeps giving me an error. I waited until today, which is Monday, to see if the situation would be resolved, but no luck. I'd even opened a chat with EA Help, but all I got was automatic replies that didn't resolve the problem and then the case was closed with the words Fixed, which didn't happen. I just want to be able to purchase your games, but if you don't allow it because there are technical problems on your end, it's just your loss. And before you ask, there are enough funds, a KIT is €4.99, and on the prepaid credit card there is €20.Games not launching
I have two EA games I purchased via Steam, been playing them nicely for months, than all of a sudden they started refusing to launch 3 weeks ago (which makes me suspect of an automatic update of the EA software having been pushed somewhere near middle to end of March?). Symptom: when I click "Play" on Steam app or EA app, it says it is launching it for a couple of seconds, and then I'm back to the "Play" button -- with no error message whatsoever. I'v been investigating and found out that my C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive directory is filled with subdirectories named "AppCrash_Link2EA.exe_someRandomCode". WER stands for Windows Error Reporting I believe. Basically, there is one such directory for every time I've started to launch any of these two EA games. Log dumped in each folder does not seem super helpful to me, but some EA tech guy could have a look maybe? I'm attaching one of the logs as an example. Tried uninstall / reinstall EA Desktop uninstall / reinstall Steam clean EA Desktop cache clean Steam cache "clean boot" (no extra services, no start-up apps) in Windows run Link2EA.exe and EADesktop.exe as admin you name it Weird pattern worth being noted: if I uninstall EA Desktop and then try to launch the games from within Steam, Steam installs EA Desktop and in this scenario it is EADesktop.exe itself which is crashing (according to WER): indeed, the EA app won't launch if I try to start it manually. On the contrary, if I uninstall EA Desktop and reinstall it myself, at least I can launch EADesktop.exe (the EA app), and then it is Link2EA.exe which is crashing when I try to fire up games. Online support was... well, you know. It was like going to ER with a broken leg and being adviced to take blood tests to check what is the issue. It is a shame that I cannot use the products I have paid for due to what clearly is a bug in the software of the vendor. And it is a shame that we are left with posting on forums instead of receiving real support. Of course I will never buy again from EA if this issue is not fixed really soon.EA Launcher doesn´t install in choosen directory
If i chosse another directory then the default one the EA Launcher is installed to the default directory in C:\program files If i cut and copy the files into my choosen directory G:\EA the launcher is giving an error-message. Which files and or registry-entrys do i have to change that the ea-launcher is working within my choosen direcory? I don´t wan´t to install any app on C:\ I have 11TB free space on G:\ (it´s an 18TB WD red). So today (about 4 or 5 pm witch was aftonoon here at that moment, I'm from finland) I bought two kits (the latest ones) with the EA app and it tried to charge the same purchase twice. But because someone else had said about it in the EA The Sims discord discussion and another gave advice that I tried, no other payment went through than what was supposed to. So the instruction was to turn off the EA app and restart it. That is, turn it off, not log out. And it worked. So this kind of bug has really settled in there, so if you could kindly check if it is still there and then fix it, since it is causing inconvenience not only to the players but also to you for sure. And the sooner you fix it, the less problems you will have.No internet?
My EA app won't let me update my Sims 4. I have tried contacting costumer support twice, but they couldn't help me. It is stuck on 2% and then says I don't have any internet connection, even though everything else works on the app with internet (i.e. I could buy new packs). This has been going on for about a month now.
