Frozen game bug
So I was playing impossible mode and I was a few hours into the game, and then out of no where I enter the shop and my game is just not letting me interact with any of the controls. No matter what I do, the game does not want to budge and let me move and interact with it anymore. I am only allowed to click into the menu to pause the game and do anything I want in the menu section, but cannot actually PLAY the game. I don’t want to restart this all over again because of some bug that won’t let me do anything at all and continue. I’ve tried pressing circle on my controller (PS5 controller,) and messing around with the controls, and testing my internet and I’ve tried searching for videos or anything to fix this but I guess maybe I’m the only who’s had this bug??? my character is still doing his little movements while he looks at the shop, and there’s lights flickering in the background, but I cannot interact and control my game any longer. If anyone knows or thinks of a possible solution please help! I’m deep into the game and don’t want to restart all over again. Please help EA or anyone else! (P.S. I did not create a save in the past 4 hours because I wanted to save once I was leaving the ship around chapter 10-11, thank you.)My game (Alice: Madness Returns) won't launch (error message)
Hello, I installed the game "Alice: Madness Returns" but every time I try to launch the game, I get an error message that says that there was a problem with the installation of the game, and that I should re-install the game. I've tried this several times, as well as repairing the game, clearing EA app cache and re-installing the EA app. None of this worked. I've contacted EA help three times now but none of them have been able to help me. Does anyone know how to fix this? For days now, I’ve been reaceiving this error code on my PC. I repaired the EA App, uninstalled and reinstalled it, checked my Norton firewall, reset my router, ran as Administrator and tried other fixes, but the error persists. Hi, When I enter a code to redeem a game, a screen appears where I can choose the language. However, I’m not able to confirm my selection and continue, because the "Next" button is hidden behind the bottom bar of the window. I've been trying to sign into the EA app and was getting an EC 201 error. I've tried reinstall and repair the app but none of that worked. Then I found out that the problem also persists when trying to sign in through the website. As soon as I click sign in, I get a really long loading screen and I eventually reach a generic firefox error screen with a "try again" button. This problem also occurs when I try signing in through my phone. When I'm using mobile data or mobile hotspot, everything works perfectly fine, but hotspot clearly isn't an ideal way to play "online only" games. Tend to play Sims 4 offline. Played earlier in the day offline with no issue. Later on, I played online for a few minutes (mostly to browse the gallery) and exited the game to switch to offline. However, when clicking the game to launch once going offline, the EA App states that my game license expired with an Error Code 204. I switch to online and launch the game with no problem. I play on laptop so playing offline helps reduce background activity and stress on the system. Not sure why my "game license" expired, I have all the receipts from purchase.
