please somebody help!- CONNECTION & UPDATE & DOWNLOAD FAIL
PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME! I AM COMPLETELY OUT OF PATIENCE!!
I’ve been experiencing a persistent connection failure issue since installing the EA app on my MacBook Pro. Initially, despite this issue, I was able to download and play The Sims 4 and some of my purchased packages without any problems. However, after purchasing a new package recently, I am now unable to download this package or update The Sims 4. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps provided on the EA support website. My software is up to date, and there are no issues with my WiFi connection (I tried every solution related to connection error including Dns). Additionally, my McAfee firewall is turned off, and there is no ban history associated with my account. Despite reinstalling the app, the issue persists. If this issue cannot be resolved, I would appreciate a refund for the packages I’ve purchased, as I am currently unable to access or play the game. I’ve attached screenshots for reference, and if you need any further information, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ve tried every suggested solution I could find online and am feeling quite frustrated at this point. I only couldn’t try the App Recovery since I can't find the option to do so, as shown below screenshot. There is no Help option to go to App Recovery on the screen as you can see.
