Re: Limited Edition + Update Complete Bug? - Sims 4
Hi, EA chat support said that i should make a post here about this so I'm doing that.
A week ago I wanted to download and play Sims 4, so I opened my EA app library and clicked on sims 4 but i noticed that now it is Standard Edition instead Collector's Edition which I bought and code redeemed in 2014. Same day I contacted EA support and they said that my code in their opinion has correct edition connected and that I should now contact seller. Site from which I bought game (Empik which is Polish store) sent me answer to my email where I explained my situation that too much time has passed since my order and now they can't do anything and now I should contact EA again. Of course i did again but now support is saying that i have to make a post here and keep repeating that i have to contact a seller and i keep repeating that Empik said that they can't do anything. What i should do now?
