Purchase Issue

I accidentally double-purchased the two kits released on January 17th. As always, I used PayPal as my form of payment. As soon as I realized I had double-purchased, I notified PayPal right away and they sent a notice that they had contacted the seller (EA). This has not been resolved and the bottom part of the attachment shows my payments made to PayPal from my credit card; above that, the note from PayPal that EA had been notified, and the screenshot from my order history. I have still not heard anything back and have not been able to fill out the Refund request form because it says I am not eligible. That is nonsense and I would like this fixed, please.

    Hey there,

    If you've got a duplicate purchase on your account, the live support team can review your account's purchase details and get a refund processed for you- here on the forums we don't have access to your account information to take a look.

    Please try submitting a brand new help request on the site here to speak with live chat and get a refund processed.

    The link you sent is no help at all. The Topic is "my account has been hacked" and there is no way I could change it. I also tried to click on the chat, but it wouldn't open. The only assistance was AI and it just told me to request a refund - which I also cannot access. I just checked and the double payment is still on my PayPal account - and no refund has been recorded. Any other ideas or direction would be much appreciated.

    Under the Game Support options, select EA Account as the product. From there, select I'm looking for something I bought. You'll see the contact options there. 

  • When following your original link, there is no "EA Account" to select as the product. When I click on my account, there is no "I'm looking for something I bought" option. I wonder if we're seeing the same page?
