Re: Bought and Installed Pack not showing up at all

Hello EA Support Team,

I recently purchased the sims 4 on using my EA account. I have received the order confirmation email,  but the game is not appearing in my EA app library. I already tried deleting and reinstalling the app but still nothing has changed.
