Purchased EA Pro- App doesn't recognize

Question

The app still says to upgrade to Pro. I'm suing the EA app on Windows, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled.

Hey ncohran When you go to the Browse tab in the EA app, are you able to select and install games from the EA Play Pro catalogue? Also, can you see the PlayPro icon under your username in the top right corner?&nbsp;
