Ranked Points not given/ not ranking up in Apex Legends

I have been suddenly experiencing whatever weird bug that makes it so my points after a ranked match isn’t registering.

I play on ps5 and  I’m currently at gold 4 and should be gold 3 after placing 2nd and 3rd the last two matches and getting kills. It shows the aftermath of how many points I’ve earned but never ranked me up. I’ve already attempted to restart the game and my whole play station but to no avail. I should have received +137 for the first game and +99 for the second, which equates to 236 that I should have earned to rank up. I initially had 588 rp and it’s still showing as such even after the two matches so the math is not mathing.

Not sure how to deal with this but it’s a little aggravating.
