Games are not starting on The EA app

I have tried to play Need for Speed Heat, but every single time that i have tried to open the game itself, there's a error message that says ''ea games some features of the apps are disabled as it launched on another application'', any ideas on how to solve this problem?

I have already tried:

-Reinstalling the ea app

-Opening it as administration, giving the rights to different files etc

-Clearing the cache
