    I have attached the Screenshot of the error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and all my packs, the only ones that wont install are the new 3 that i bought. Everything else reinstalled fine without a problem.

    @Kathleep

    Please try the following and let me know if you're able to get your content installed:

    • Open task manager, locate EA Background Service, and end task
    • Clear the cache for the EA app
    • Run the EA app as an administrator
    • Check for any background applications blocking the EA App
    • Try lowering your User Access Control Settings:
      • Close the EA app
      • Click the Windows button and type "UAC" in the search field
      • In the User Access Control window, click and hold the slide bar —slide it to the lowest setting available
      • Click Okay the bottom of the window
      • Open the EA app client and try starting the download again

    Let me know how this works for you!

    None of those options worked and the link for the check for background apps page sends me to a like about origin and i don't have origin i have the EA app. The downloads just continuously keep getting stuck on preparing at 69% and the error keeps popping up.
