Hey @afonariuk are you able to add other people or do you have the same issue?

    @EA_Darko Yeah other people come up when I enter characters in the search field and the invitation gets send to them, it's my friend specifically that is invisible to me (again, our privacy settings are OK)

    Is your friend able to see you @afonariuk?

    Generally this kind of issue isn't directly EA related but can be setting or even network related. 

    Have you tried a different connection to see what happens?

    @EA_Darko We've had a person from another country log into my friend's account and there still was the same issue, they couldn't see me, I don't know the technicalities but it appears that the problem lies in my friend's account somehow

    This is still an issue. I don't know why it would be this difficult to add a friend on the EA app platform. I have done every troubleshooting thing they've asked and still neither me nor my friend can find each other in the friend search.
