Re: [ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs

Dear Community,

I need your help. A while back, after an update, i could not see any game pack or kit or expansion packs after life and death and kitch living room, i also faced the link account issue and there is no connection error so i couldnt access the gallery. With the latest updates, it seems my game is not facing the connection issue, but now i can only see up to "for rent" expansion pack on the store ! i cannot see any new kits. I tried renewing license, i tried removing all the game and packs and reinstalling an nothing ! PLEASE i need your help ! 

Worthy to note: I play on PS4 and even on the PS store i cannot see past for rent now.
