Can't access any of my packs since recent update

I have been waiting for another patch since the recent one that broke everyone's games but with the latest patch I'm still unable to access any of my packs, not including mods + cc. 

When I go to load my game in the Sims it says that all of my packs (shown in the screenshot) are uninstalled when I hover over them, however in the EA app it says all my packs are installed.

I've already repaired the game, deleted and reinstalled it (and the packs), and cleared any caches... basically any solutions that I've seen online but I'm still stuck in this same situation.

It's just as annoying as I treated myself to some new packs in the Autumn sale and I haven't been able to play with a single one yet... I want to get a horse 🥲

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!
