I'm not sure if I understand exactly what your issue is.

But as you posted a screenshot of the battlepass, maybe you are wondering why you do not have a premium battlepass although you baught the elite edition?

The elite upgrade and premium battlepass are two different things though.

The elite upgrade will just unlock content from the first year. That has nothing to do with the current season 7 battlepass.

If you are looking for a premium battlepass for season 7, that would have to be baught seperately. It is available at different prices with different stuff included.

Also as the elite upgrade is shown as installed in the ea app, it should be in your game. You can check that if you go to the store section in game and look for the elite upgrade there. It should also show as owned in the store section of the game.
