Re: Bought and Installed Pack not showing up at all

Played it for the whole night and after couple of days I woke up and tells me it failed to purchase, even when my bank statements tell me exactly the opposite. I am very angry that I was charged and EA took my money and my dlc away, that is happily mine. I wish this issue to be fixed now. How can EA tell me i purchased this dlc, but tell me the transaction failed, but yet chase my bank provider tells me you took my money out all 42 dollars of it.
