Re: Bought and Installed Pack not showing up at all

i just recently bought cats and dogs and enchanted by nature which was great. I played them a bit and everything was working, now it says I have to buy said packs because I don't own them even though I just bought them. I checked my bank and the order went through the money was taken so I'm not sure what is wrong. I even checked my download history and they are there, I've restarted the app several times and still nothing.
