You dont have access

I cannot download Mirror's Edge for some reason. I tried ''App recovery'' thing. I tried unlinking Xbox Gamepass accounts.I tried contacting with EA help that didnt help either. It says i dont own the game. I dont have access. Last i played was July 18 2022. Please help me with this.
