Greeting, I've bought ea play pro subscription, but every time I'm trying to download any game the application displays spinner (preparing) and after it shows the message - download error, try in a few minutes.
Got 1,1 tb of free space.

Will the subscription be prolonged with no charges cause of issues with your service?

    I tried to reinstall the app, reboot pc and clear ea app cache and run as admin user. Nothing helps

    I had the same problem today, they told me to clear cache, i did and now i have no game (FC24 Ultimate Edition)
