EA App Stuck in Wrong Country, No USA or Canada option

I just updated to the EA app and it demanded I select a country. Despite living in the United States and Canada, neither were listed as an option. I chose United Kingdom temporarily, hoping to force quit and update. I went into my EA account online and changed my country back to the United States, but despite restarting the EA app and waiting, the app is remaining in GBP and showing my country as the UK. I click in to change it within the app, but United States isn't even listed as an option. I have no idea what's going on.
