Re: Can't launch game, says game isn't installed

@puzzlezaddict Not sure if we understand each other. It used to be in "The sims 3" folder but after the update to EA Games it's in "EA Games" folder. I'm attaching screenshot. 🙂 Thank you

@BarboraZak  Please open System Settings > Security & Privacy, click the lock to make changes (you'll need to enter your computer's password), click Full Disk Access in the list on the left, click the + sign on the right, and add Sims 3.  Then see whether you still have the issue.

@BarboraZak  Please run the App Recovery, which you can access by opening the EA app and clicking Help in the menu bar at the top of the screen.  Then restart your computer, and try again.

    Hi @BarboraZak

It sounds like The Sims 3 needs to be re-added to your account- this isn't something we can do for you over AHQ since we can't access your acocunt details, but the live support team can check your entitlements for your game and see what's going on.

Please reach out to live support to have them review your game entitlements from the help site here- I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you contact live support so the team has further information to reference on this.
