I see you've already reinstalled once, can you make sure you're launching the app as an administrator?

If this is just closing when you try to login normally without any particular message, it's likely another program or process is blocking it.
I'd check any security and firewall settings to make sure the EA app and related games are flagged as exceptions.
It may also help to try a clean boot of your system to help make sure no background processes are interfering here.
clean boot didn`t help. my antivirus did not block it too

Since yesterday I also cannot log into ea app. Everything was fine before and then two hours later cannot sign in.
I was online with the sims 4 gallery yesterday and later on yesterday night I wanted to upload another item to the sims gallery and EA app wanted me to sign in. Yesterday having tried to sign in twice and twice today, but ea app throws an error message.
"Login did not go as planned. We couldn't log you in because the network failed to do the network thing. Try again in a few minutes"
I've been trying to login since yesterday, when a mere few hours before I was auto sigining in.
Its only steam that is linked to my ea account.
Ok so the way I solved this was to clear the "keep me logged in" at the password screen which allows access to account.
Then close the EA app down then reselect "keep me logged in" then input details and its saved the password and auto sign in details.
