Re: Can't Purchase Several Game Packs

I recently started having a problem in the EA App where I can’t add certain Sims 4 DLC to my cart or purchase them. The items are:

Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack
Golden Years Kit
Kitchen Clutter Kit
Restoration Workshop Kit

What I tried:
Support told me to go to EA App > Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache and then restart my PC. I did this, but it didn’t fix the problem.

Extra details:
This problem started recently. Before the announcement of Enchanted by Nature, I could pre-order it and add the Kits to my cart with no issue.
I already own all other Sims 4 DLC, so I can’t test adding them again.
When I search for anything Sims 4 in the EA App, only bundles show up. I can add those bundles to the cart and buy them, even though I already own the packs inside.
I tested adding other games and their DLC, and those worked fine. This seems to only affect The Sims 4 DLC.
