@mcgi97 Try repair it, worked for me. You can do this from windows install/uninstall software and there EA app and unistall. It then asks uninstall or repair.

Only gives the option to uninstall
When in Windows "Apps & Features", select Uninstall for "EA app", Modify is unavailable. The (un)installer then presents you two options, Uninstall or Repair, you want to repair your installation.
