Wait for the bank transfer to be processed. I waited 10 minutes for the PAYSAVECARD transfer to be credited (which is immediate). After the transfer was confirmed, the game started downloading.
If it was a bank transfer, everything will probably be fixed on Monday (the transfer will be recorded and the game can be downloaded).
There is currently a huge sale of EA games (they are practically free), so the server needs some time to handle everything - it is overloaded due to the large sale of products.
