Me too having the same exact problem since I bought Battlefield 2042 from Steam 3 days ago.
It seems that everyone has the same issue. Buy a game from Steam -> EA App -> You don't have access.
Something in EA App or some DRM system at EA side is f'd up atm. And they say nothing.
