Hey @utc052,

What's happening when you try to enter the game? Are you getting an error message? If so, could you share a screenshot of what it says?

    @utc052,

    Can you try to download Apex Legends through Steam, then cancel the download about halfway through and try to start up FIFA again? It might seem weird, but it has helped some players with this in the past.

    I'd also double check that you're logged in with the right EA account in the EA app, by which I mean the EA account linked to your Steam account. if you sign in here you can check to see which accounts are linked:

    @utc052 I'm in contact with EA Support cuz I'm facing the same issue. They told me to try smth new. I'll let y'all know if it works in a day or two.
