The Packs I am missing were also freebies! The ones I bought are still there. I've just finished chatting with support and they cannot help (at least with the freebie packs). If someone is missing packs that they bought over the EA app, maybe try and ask them for a refund by providing the order-number. From what the support told me, it seemed like they might be able to offer a refund in these cases.
odd, both my packs are gone - I had 2 DLC's I paid for during the sale but they're gone

I have the same problem, they removed the fashion street kit and the luxory party from me, I got them when they were free and played with them until yesterday, today I woke up and they were gone, I haven't been able to contact support, I want them back.
