@VSWN7 that's right. That's what that's supposed to do. I was replying to someone who didn't know how to close it in task manager.

Now as for the issue, if you have a VPN running in your anti-virus program then temporarily shut it off when you use the EA app and games. Fir some reason it doesn't like when a VPN runs in the background on a computer so it doesn't load and the games won't load either. I think EA needs to fix that, but either way, mine worked after turning off my VPN through my anti-virus program and it's worked fine ever since.
