@RedWolfRiseWolf Thank you for the info. The team is aware that the EA App and some games are having some issues connecting.

If it is not online yet, please give it a bit of time while the servers are fully back online. I tried myself, and got an error once, and then updated the client with the repair and was able to get the app connected.

You can also try the following which has helped out some players.

Delete Windows Temp Files

• First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
• Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
• Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
• Delete everything it allows you to delete
• Reboot the PC

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair) If the option is there for you.
