Re: EA App Game Library Is Empty? Look Here!

I also have this problem. i.e. library not loading. I see "My games (xx)" and a scroll list of empty cards.

After a while of waiting I get a yellow notification saying "Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem".

I'm able to search and find games but when I click on them to enter I just see an empty page.

I've had this issue for 3 days.

I have tried restarting my device, the app, refreshing the app, logging out and logging back in.

    I finaly resolved it by: Ctrl + alt + delete, and end the ea app and the ea background service. After this the game launched and is working as expected.

    @Lambodga The next time this happens, try the following and it should help with that issue.

    • Clear EA App's Cache
    • Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery
    • Once rebooted, log out

    • Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
    • Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
    •  Delete everything it allows you to delete
    • Reboot your PC
