Game was removed from Library! Got No Help!

Hello,

i bought EA Sports FC 26 early october on Eneba.

I played it a lot but after my vaccation (2weeks) I started EA App and it said that my game was removed from the libraray.

I contacted the support and only got some Steps to follow, I did all of them but it did not help the game is still missing! The EA Support do not help they even told me I need to contact Eneba.

I am confused why was it removed ? How do I get it back ? Is the problem that I have purchased the key from Enebea is that not allowed ? I even dont know what I have done wrong -.-

Can anybody help me here maybe... ?
