I just recently got a new laptop and downloaded sims 4 and found out that none of my expansion packs are showing up on the game

@gy8xyb9u7q4h Have you tried the steps outlined on this thread to see if they get that content showing up?
Does it give you the option to download them or does it say they are installed?
Did the EA App install to a different drive or the same drive as Origin was installed on?None of my Origin games were transferred to EA app

im having that same problem, the only game that show up in my steam sims4 which i didnt have packs for but i have all my origin packs that i bought before i used steam and none of those show up. i really dont want to have to by them again.
