If they are running an ad blocker that is pulling from the second link as a list of sites to block, the sdk[.]split[.]io url is included in the list and blocked. They need to white list this url as previously mentioned. The virus total link I gave you is a quick check showing that most people view the site as clean. No clue why it was added to the list.
