Re: EA app (NOT in Turkey) - Blank/Greyed Out Game Tiles etc. - Since May 22nd, '24
Hello,
I have been advised by EA chat help to post my problem here while they tag my case for the gaming team. Since May 21st around 9pm I have not been able to access my game library. Earlier that same day, my games were working fine and I was able to play them. Nothing has changed on my computer, there is no anti-virus or ad-blocker interfering with the EA app. There is an error somewhere within the actual EA app the developers need to address as I can see on this forum I am not the only one having this issue.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have cleared my cache, I have run an app recovery, I have run an app repair, and I have logged out and back in. Additionally, I have opened task manager and ended the tasks for EA background services. Nothing is working. The EA app is not functioning like it is supposed to.
I operate with the most current version of windows and it it up to date as are my drivers. I have a high end gaming computer, it runs the Sims 4 just fine when the EA app works.
I am in need of assistance as it seems many others are as well.
