It was installed previously, but I uninstalled it before installing the Steam version.

@ForestLayer, did you reboot your PC directly after uninstalling the other version?
I wrote a step-by-step guide for BF1 x Steam, maybe it works the same for SWJFO.
I've followed the instructions on that linked guide, but it has not fixed it unfortunately. Even after a reboot and then reinstalling the game I still get "You don't have access".
- EA_Leeuw@ForestLayer, that is unfortunate. In that case, it sounds like it is a possible account issue, something we sadly can't help with on the forums, but you have to reach out to the Live Support team for that via https://help.ea.com/contact-us. Hope they can see something on their end.
