Re: EA App says "You don't have access" when starting SW Jedi Fallen Order on Steam

It was installed previously, but I uninstalled it before installing the Steam version.

  • I've followed the instructions on that linked guide, but it has not fixed it unfortunately. Even after a reboot and then reinstalling the game I still get "You don't have access".

    @ForestLayer, that is unfortunate. In that case, it sounds like it is a possible account issue, something we sadly can't help with on the forums, but you have to reach out to the Live Support team for that via https://help.ea.com/contact-us. Hope they can see something on their end.
