Community Manager@Lucy_Henley You should be able to go to the install folder for the EA App and right-click and copy or just move that to your desktop. This happens a lot with those icons in general with Windows. It has happened to me with Chrome and a few non-EA games I had pinned to the taskbar.
Nothings working.. for EA launcher fifa aint working for me now for well over a month and im getting no support form multi billion company and their "customer support" (lack of be better word) pure disappointment

i have done all troubleshooting you can mention to no avail been on live chats multiple times and wrote a forum too with no answer to why my game wont launch at all. I have verified game integrity and certificates and every troubleshoot that has been mentioned before. Now im being ignored but this massive company. No one seems want to help at all been on these forums well over a month almost now and no further forward. im so disappointed in EA and the "support" I have got
no help againn.... what do i expect in seriously from this company but extreme disappointment
Community Manager@Irinel7 When you launch the game and nothing happens, does the game show up in your task manager as running or does it not show? If it does not show something is blocking the program from launching. That can be a long list of things.
Do you get any errors?
Does the EA App/Steam show the game is running?
Do you get any errors that say this program is already running?
In order for us to assist players in any way, we need more information past nothing is working and steps that have been tried. We cannot guess at what players have and have not done on their end.
