Hi @734773a2bc4f2167 Thanks for this information can we try a bit more troubleshooting for this issue?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Trying closing other Anti-Cheats and overlays that may be running
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
- @EA_Illium I will try these when I am available later but I just wanted to confirm that I can’t even download the EA app. I run eainstaller.exe and when I click download it says there’s an error.
-Ran file check, replaced corrupt files, still same result.
-Tried downloading in clean boot, didn’t work but error message was different, said I had low disk space. I have 700gb of free space

Hi @734773a2bc4f2167 Thanks for running through those, To check do you have any settings or security that might block applications writing in your C drive?
Also, what was the other error you receive when you tried in a clean boot?
I will look at the background processes when I get to my pc.
The only error I got in clean boot was that the disk space was low.
