@gd119pk3z52h If you are having the same issue, please provide the information above. As Community Managers are not game developers, we have to have the development team(s) look into this for any updates to be made.

This is a known issue we're aware of. We've got a fix scheduled in an upcoming update.

it seems the issue has been resolved in version 12.197.0-5454

Awesome. Gappy to hear that it was resolved!
This problem is still on going for me. Im rather fed up. I cant play any EA games on my pc and havent been able to for over a month now.
Anyone know if its still a problem for some people?
