Hi @RiddleVonGrump,

You can clear the cache of EA Desktop by clicking on the Windows button and going to EA  > App Recovery. Could you give it a go and let me know if it changes anything for you?

I also spoke to @EA_Rtas about it and he didn't encounter the same issue or seen any other reports about it, making me think that this is something cache/settings related.

  • @EA_Jason Hey I had the same problem that this guy did and your solution definitely fixed it! Just letting you know and others know if they also come across the same problem. One small detail I also noticed is that when opening the game, an Origin window appears and says something along the lines like you can't open origin while ea desktop is running. Hopefully, this helps if someone wants to try to identify the issue

    As for the EA app already running, just open up Task Manager and close down the background services for the EA app.
