FC26 in XBOX SERIES

I have pre-ordered the fc26 ultimate edition, but I haven't got the advanced pass, so I have paid 1000 green point, please check if can return the 1000 green point .another issue is  your EA help online can not submit any problem ,so nobody can solve any issue
