Community ManagerHey @gelo8081 are you sure that the EA account you logged into the EA app with is the one linked to your Steam account?
Testing this now and seeing my Steam purchases reflected correctly in the app.
Just so you are aware, you can still access and use Origin for your gaming if seeing issues with EA app.

I am also having this same issue and verified that my EA account is the one linked to Steam. I have tired signing in through my origin login as well as my steam login on EA play, I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled, I have uninstalled EA Play and reinstalled, and probably a few more things I am not thinking of at the moment and Sims 4 still isn't showing up.
I am having an issue with madden 23 I bought from Steam. Whenever i try to log in through my steam account and asked me to reset my password, and once I do the page does not display and asks me to try to clear my cookies that does nothing and repeats. How can i play my madden game?
