Re: EA Launcher doesn´t install in choosen directory

Hey @novemberleaf,

The EA app installation itself only takes up about 700MB on C. As mentioned in my previous posts, it's very much possible to download/install games on a different drive. This can be configured during the installation process of the EA app, or later on via the EA app settings.

  • I will also add my two cents to this, it is for me as a user absolutely hostile that that EA app does not give me an option to chose the installation path for the main program itself. It doesn't matter if any other company or their application has the same issue, the EA app should ALWAYS give the user of the system the option to choose the installation path.

If I want it on another drive it is not your business where I want it.

The fact that this is an issue 2023 shows that EA keeps being out of tune with it's user base. It's disgusting.

  • Are you guys out of your minds? Who are you to dictate where to install your BETA version of some intrusive bloatware that nobody ever asked for?

Include an option to install the launcher elsewhere. This is not a kind question.

It's utterly disconnected from reality to simply respond with "deal with it" to your customers' concerns... absolutely insane.

Some of us have EXTREMELY limited C:\ drive space which is used only for specific purposes (like startup).  I have a very tiny startup drive that I only use for booting up the OS (C:\) and I don't have 500MB to spare for a game client.  Other games allow me to install it on my a separate drive.
