Disconnecting from an account whose email address has been closed

Yesterday I wanted to disconnect my Epic and Steam account from EA, but I had closed the email of the connected EA account, so I tried to open a new EA account and connect it, but it didn't work. How can I disconnect the account from the EA account I can't access? Can support do anything about it?
