I have seen that post and I have done these as well. What else is there to try? I've spent a good thousand on this game since origin. I'll even take the buggy sims 3 launcher at this point.

Could there be an issue with EA Play? Although I have had it since the beginning, I am seeing other s having an issue since getting it or taking it off. Can you guys look into it please, I really want to to play the games I have spent a lot pf money on. Or someone give me step by step instructions on how to activate all my stuff on Steam....
SO I am going to delete everything, return pc to factory settings and start over. If this doesn't fix it, I will definitely be requesting a refund, expeditiously!
I'm having the same issue!
So just got finished with tech support. I had seen on another post that EA Play was their issue. I explained that to the tech and I believe he took off the EA play version of the sims 4 as I bought the digital deluxe version and took it off of Unravel 2, or he maybe reset my account because it states I still have EA Play. But either way, my game is working now! So that's the issue team.
