I'm sorry to hear that your EA app is crashing. Is this error also happening when trying to launch other games?

If you’re still having problems, try these steps:

1. Perform a clean boot of your PC to disable background tasks that may be interfering with your game.
2. Reinstall your game and the EA app.
3. Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
