Uninstall the app and reboot.

Get a fresh download of the installer: https://www.ea.com/ea-app

Install the app and reboot again*

Retry gaming at that point.

Thank you, I'll try that, but will that save the expansion packs I've purchased?

Ignore my last message. I used the download app link and clicked repair. It's all working fine now. Thank you.
