EA app crashes within 2-3 seconds after opening
I urgently need help. For months now, I've been having a problem where the EA app closes itself within 2-3 seconds of starting, and I can't start or do anything. Since I have “repaired” and uninstalled the app several times at the request of support, I am now stuck in the login menu when I try to start the EA app and cannot do anything because the app closes on its own after 2-3 seconds as usual. I have tried everything conventional and even performed a clean boot. For this reason, I gave up working on this problem months ago. Now EA FC 26 is coming out and I would like to play the game, but I need the EA Launcher to do so. I now need your help to find a solution or further steps to finally be able to access the app again. I've been able to play Apex Legends on Steam the whole time, but that's not good enough for EA FC, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE EA APP!
Problem in a nutshell: The app opens with a black screen (now after reinstalling in the login menu) freeze and closes on its own after 2-3 seconds, over and over again.
Sometimes I get a crash report requesting a restart. This does not happen. Only by manually reopening the app does it open and crash again.
