@danelleee Hi! While you have the EA app open, click your Windows key and type in 'task manager' in the search bar and open it. There you will see an overview of all the programs that are up and running on your computer right now. Find the process that's called 'EA', right-click on it and select 'end task'. Then (after scrolling down a bit) find the process called 'EA background service' and again, right-click and select 'end task'. After that, start up the EA app again like you would normally do, and it should work fine now! Hope this works for you, let me know if you have any other problems 🙂
