Here I upload the second solution to this error that is occurring mainly in AMD GPU

Open AMD Software Adrenalin Edition, then go to the games section, select the game you're having the problem with, then disable it where it says "Radeon anti-lag." Test to see if it starts.

if that didn't work try this: From Steam go to the top left tab where it says ''steam'' then to settings and go to the part that says ''in game'' then in the option that says ''enable steam overlay during game'' and deactivate it, now go to the EA app, in the top right where your name is click on it and then go to settings, several tabs will appear click on the one that says ''application'' go all the way down and there will be an option that says ''in-game overlay'' deactivate it and that's it, with that it's solved
