Re: 'Failed to Launch Game: An Error on Our End' for Multiple Games. Any Fixes?

I completed all the troubleshooting steps from the guide for this error and am still unable to launch or play Sims 4.

I noticed the EA app has a new blue desktop icon. One of my PCs switched over to it and the other one didn't. I tried reinstalling but it didn't work. Anyone know how to fix?
